How the public wall is managed

These are personal letters—not articles written by us.

People write the letters. We provide the publishing system, safety checks, reporting tools, and moderation process.

The writer controls the words

We do not rewrite a visitor’s letter, polish the grammar, change the emotional meaning, or turn it into our own opinion.

  • Anonymous publishing is selected by default.
  • A writer may use a pen name or public display name.
  • The letter remains the visitor’s personal expression.
  • Publication does not mean Dennis or Becca agrees with every statement.

We control whether it may stay public

The wall is moderated for privacy, safety, spam, threats, illegal content, and serious community-guideline violations.

  • Ordinary letters may publish after the automatic safety check.
  • Higher-risk letters may be held for human review.
  • Reports may temporarily hide a public letter.
  • A moderator may restore, reject, or keep a letter hidden.
From submission to publication

What happens to a letter.

The visitor submits it

The visitor chooses public or private visibility and decides whether the public signature is Anonymous or a display name.

The safety gate checks it

The system looks for private contact details, addresses, threats, harmful instructions, child-safety concerns, and obvious spam patterns.

It publishes or waits

Ordinary letters may publish immediately. A higher-risk submission waits privately for an administrator.

Readers may report it

A report can send the letter into review. Serious reports may temporarily hide it while the administrator checks the context.

A human makes the final call

The administrator may restore the same public URL, keep the letter hidden, reject it, or remove it under the site rules.

What moderation does not mean

We do not verify a person’s private story.

A personal letter is not a news report or a factual investigation. We generally cannot determine whether every remembered conversation, relationship detail, or emotional conclusion is objectively true.

Moderation focuses on whether the content can remain on this public platform—not whether the writer’s feelings are correct.
